Catching up...

Today was a pretty wacky day. I had two pieces of coursework to hand in which is always a bummer, and I was expecting some test results, which is never a fun thing to have hanging over your head.

I managed to get the coursework in on time and in the right place - always a good thing. The test results were good too - 88%. I guess you could say I'm pretty happy now. I feel so relieved knowing that that's another three things I've got out of the way...

Dinner was horrible. It was meant to be oyster sauce but it was vile, and I'm meant to like oyster sauce. Maybe my taste buds are changing and I only think I like some of the foods I used to eat. I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing, but all I know is that's two meals this week that have been highly unsuccessful, and I was having a very good streak in the kitchen.

Butterfly and Child-Genius made a strange lemony gingery chickeny soup today. It's always fun watching them at the cooker - they can never decide on what they both like or want. Today Child-Genius went a bit OTT with the lemon juice, but I think she was lucky this time.
