An icky day...

Today started off very wrongly. I woke up with a stinking headache and as a result missed my seminar (Mum and Dad, please don't freak out!). As stupid as it may sound, I was actually in tears at the thought of it. I haven't missed anything since I came to Uni and in my tired state I thought it was the end of the world. I'm still pretty miffed about it now, but I've sent my tutor an email explaining the circumstances, so that should be OK.

The rest of the day was a bit awkward. Stuff was a bit tense between the four of us girls today, but I think that we're fine now. I went with Butterfly and Child-Genius to the open-mic night at the bar for a bit, but I couldn't stay long because the head ache came back. Now I'm in my nighty with my hair in a towel and a purple blanket wrapped round me, and The Hair is looking after me. Princess has gone home for the weekend and Butterfly and Child-Genius are going to an all-night Burns Night party, so it's just the two of us this weekend. I'm quite looking forward to it.

I can't wait until Tuesday. It doesn't seem real that our TWO YEAR anniversary is coming up. I hope he really likes his presents!
