Sleepy II ...
Again, I'm having a generally sleepy day. I don't know why - I had a reasonable bed-time last night and I think I had a good night's sleep. One thing I forgot to mention was that when I woke up yesterday I had excruciating cramp in my right lower leg. It was only after a few hours that I could walk properly. I had it last year, but it wasn't half as bad this time around. Now I have Tubigrip on my right ankle - I think it's a weak joint.
Aches and pains aside, I've had a generally alright day. My Creative Writing lecture was short and sweet - only six of us turned up. They actually liked my screenplay, so that was a pleasant surprise. We discussed each others work, then we did some writing exercises, and then we went home about half an hour early.
I realised how tired I was when I nearly fell asleep in my English Literature lecture. Don't get me wrong, the lecture was really good, but I was fighting to keep my eyes open. I was glad to get out into the open air.
My English Literature seminar was good. I got 67% for my last essay, so I'm happy with that. The seminar wasn't too bad in general, even though I sometimes think that we're a really quiet group. I like it when people are fighting to talk.
This evening has been OK. I made spaghetti bolognese for myself and Child-Genius. We had some red wine left over from when Enigma came round, so I added some to the sauce. I think I can safely say that tonigh I earned the title of chief spag-bol maker of C floor!
Myself and The Hair watched Pink Floyd's "The Wall" which was fun. Now he's sitting in Butterfly's room with her and Child-Genius watching that horrific "Anatomy for Beginners". I can think of some fun things to do on a Thursday evening - watching someone cut open a penis and study it in intricate detail is not one of them...
