Ugh...
I am so tired it's unbelieveable. The girls have been picking up on it too, but in a different way i.e. they don't know what's wrong. It's nothing really, I just think that I'm feeling overworked, and my diet isn't quite as good as it is a home. I really need to have early nights this week.
Today was OK. My English Literature lecture this morning wasn't the most thrilling affair. The guy made loads of general points, but he didn't make many specific points worth noting, nor was the lecture really concerned with Literature at all.
English Language was much more engaging though. The lecturer was talking about onomatopoeia, and to emphasise the point that not many words are actually onomatopoeic he went round the lecture theatre and hit some students over the head with huge blow-up mallets. He also gave us a sung rendition of "The Corpus Christi Carol". All in all, his lectures are always a laugh.
My English Language seminar was thoroughly dull. We had to go through a list of sentences and label the words - oh deepest joy. And to make things better, I have to learn the whole code for nouns, pronouns, verbs, adverbs, adjectives, determiners etc. for a fun fun test next week. Doesn't life just get better every day.
The Hair, Butterfly and Child-Genius watched the televised autopsy this evening. I had to leave half way through when they took a drill to the back of the specimin's skull, and I wasn't even watching the TV. Some people are very very odd indeed...
