A generic Saturday...

Today was an overall uninspiring day. I went into town with The Hair to buy my Mum her birthday present and card. I was good girl and didn't spend much. The only things I bought myself was some sour cream and guacamole for tomorrow's dinner (Tex-Mex - yay!). We bumped into Enigma and The Caveman in Sainsbury's and had a lengthy chat in the Indian/Chinese/Thai aisle, which was rather amusing.

It was very cold today and I was glad to get on the bus and come home. Once at home a put on some very warm winter clothes (ooh, comfy) and had a lovely lazy afternoon. In the evening we watched "That Thing You Do" - one of my childhood favourites. Butterfly is annoyed with the BB - she spent the evening cleaning her DVDs after someone had put their grubby fingerprints all over them. Not fun.
