A lovely day...

This morning was a good start to the day - I woke up to see the sun streaming into my room as if we were in the middle of summer, so I knew that it would stay dry for the open day. I did some ironing whilst watching "Ten Thing I Hate About You" and decided to have a shower at around midday.

Having had my shower and got the majority of my clothes on, I hoovered my room, cleaned my bathroom and made sure that everything was basically looking like a show home.

The tour went very well. I had a group of five girls who were all very chatty and got on well with each other as well as myself, so that was a relief. They all seemed pretty impressed at the University, saying that it was better than any other they'd been to visit, so I felt a sense of smug pride. Afterwards I took them to one of the Senior Common Rooms, where we all had tea and buscuits and spoke to the English Literature staff, so that was interesting.

Now I'm really to go to the cheese club Princess and Butterfly are dragging me too, so I'm going to have to call it a night.
