Very very sleepy...
The gig last night was amazing! They played all my favourite songs (minus "Over the Hills and Far Away") and I got to the second row from the front! The atmosphere was very intense and happy. I also managed to get a tour T-shirt in small, which was a very rare and pleasant moment for me.
The wait in the train station wasn't so cool. We got there at about 11pm and had missed the last train home, so we had to wait until 5:30am. Until about 2:30am we stayed in the main part of the station where all the shops and food outlets are, freezing our butts off. Then we decided to go for a little walk, where we discovered a heated (yay!) waiting room on platform 4. It was the The Ritz compared to what we'd been in before.
I had a scare on the journey back when I woke up in a place I didn't recognise. Logic now tells me that I probably wouldn't have recognised this place anyway, seeing as my geographical knowledge of the North-West isn't too hot. However, it turned out that we hadn't missed our stop, so we made it home no probs.
We got back to the Uni at about 8:30am, and decided to go straight to bed. Never before has my bed felt more comfortable and warm - myself and The Hair slept until about 2:15pm. Choir was cancelled for the AGM, so it meant that I could lounge around in baggy clothes all day.
The evening wasn't too hot though. What started off as friendly banter ended up as one of those discussions which is meant to make everything better but makes everything worse. We'll see the results of that in the days to come.
